Our business English courses are dynamic and short, to enable business people to squeeze them into their busy working lives – from 1 week to 2 weeks, depending on how much time is available, although longer courses are also possible on request.

The course objectives:
The aim of this course is to give a substantial boost to busy business executives, improving in a short time their understanding and use of English in international business and enabling them to perform at a higher level and with greater confidence.

The course covers a wide range of business topics and vocabulary in context, focusing on key professional areas (including management, marketing and finance) and includes work on:
- presentations
- negotiating skills
- interviews
- emails
- phone skills
- business socialising
This element of the programme is followed in the mornings, in small classes (maximum 6, minimum of 3 participants).
The afternoons are structured according to individual student needs, with a range of options available including one-to-one lessons, private study or sightseeing and cultural activities.
Course Details

All new students are asked to complete our online placement test pre-arrival to check their level and place appropriately.
Class Levels
The course syllabus includes learning material from a variety of professional sources, depending upon the specific interests of the students, but is structured around first-rate and comprehensive course books produced for business professionals by leading academic publishers. All students receive a copy of the book they use, which can also be used for self-study after the course ends.
Course Materials
Students on this course can also choose to join one or more of the following standard afternoon courses:
- General English classes (All year)
- Fluency course (June-September; other dates by request)
Individual 1:1 lessons are also available with members of our experienced team of trainers.
Other learning options, such as lunch with a trainer or accompanied sightseeing/cultural activities, are available on request.
Other Learning Options
Our Business English teachers have extensive experience in successfully training international business personnel. All of them are proficient in at least one other European language as well as English, and some of them have hands-on business experience.
Tutors
Students can join our school on any Monday, and can study as long as they wish. Our courses are structured so that new students immediately feel part of the class and participate in academic activities with their new classmates.
Some students study for as little as one week, some for one year or more. It simply depends on the student and their individual needs.
